Another beautiful late summer market. I know fall is in the air, but we are not quite there yet! Enjoy all that this area has to offer. Our menu embraces the final stages of summer while welcoming the cooler tones of fall and winter. Baked beans enhance with apple butter from freshly picked apples in our backyard, spice of life salad couldn’t be fresher, with fresh picked kale the morning we blanched the greens from Spice of Life Farm in Odessa. Delicata from Plowbreak, Oyster Mushroom from Wellspring, green beans from Stick’n’Stone. All local, all freshly made and enhanced with herbs from High Ground gardens. It doesn’t get any better. Come on down to the market tomorrow. we may have a surprise up our sleeves. If we don’t, someone else will.
