Have you noticed a very floral fragrance in the air lately? Of course, there have been many floral fragrances in the air lately. First it was lilac then, honeysuckle and now black locust flowers. Reminiscent of oranges, these beautiful pendulous white clusters can be found all throughout the landscape, dangling from the end of a tree limb. This will be the last week to experience them until next year. We climbed on top of our catering truck to reach these blossoms and made simple syrups & kombucha . We infused our frosting with Black locust flowers and have an ever so slight floral taste. Come check us out tomorrow at the market before you head to the festival. We’ll be there until 3.
