Temperatures are thankfully warming up this week. We are busy trading plants and anticipating endless gardening time. The farmers market is fully stocked with a variety of garden starts from a variety of vendors. Here in the kitchen we are inoculating rice with koji spores and awaiting our first delivery of local organic soybeans so that we can start the miso crocks. We have more ideas than the hours in the day so we will start slowly whittling away and see how we re-fashion ourselves in this time of fluidity.
