We are back in saddle this weekend representing as many local products as we could gather up. Tofu from Ithaca Soy freshly made from soybeans grown around the corner from our kitchen. Carrots, grown and harvested in my neighbors backyard. Miso made by us from grains and beans grown within 15 miles and those funny looking mushrooms (Lions Mane) from our good friends Steve & Elizabeth in Burdett. Not bad for a chilly day in the Finger Lakes. We’ll see you all tomorrow at 9.
