The season of lights is upon us. For us in the food concession world our workaday lives are starting to slow down. Colder temperatures bring fewer customer. The slower pace gives us the time to reconnect and find our shared humor throughout the day. For this sun loving kitchen, we’ve already hung twinkly lights along the windows and end the day with a glass of wine in celebration of a day well spent. We are just about ready to put our feet up by the woodstove and watch the snow fly. Until that day we will see you for another saturday market with all our festive treats.
