July 4th is typically one of the most attended markets of the year. Since covid the market has monitored how many people are permitted into the pavillion at a time. Presently it is 125-135 customers. So plenty of social distancing room to move about. There are 2 entrances monitored by staff and a line of customers waiting for admittance. Saturday looks like a warm sunny day. Bring a hat, sunscreen or whatever you need to protect yourself from the sun as you wait in line. If you have placed an order with us online we will hold it for you until the end of the day. If you have been out in the neighborhood or the hills you will notice a white flowering bush dotting the landscape. This is elderflower. The floral smell and flavor is subtle. We will be infusing all our creams and our lemonade with elderflower this week to help elevate our spirits and honor all that the natural world has to offer us.
